Kulluna Irada was the only Lebanese non-governmental organization to be invited to the CEDRE conference to voice its opinion on the plan submitted to donors by the Lebanese authorities.

The text is a product of debates and contributions from various experts and participants at the Kulluna Irada Conference organized on March 23, 2018 ahead of CEDRE. We take this opportunity to thank them.

Kulluna Irada believes that CEDRE should have been an opportunity to engage a national debate on economic policy options and notably on the way to move from a logic of stabilization to a logic of sustainable and inclusive economic development.
