Kulluna Irada and the Lebanese Association for taxpayers' rights (ALDIC) issued their comments on the capital controls draft law that was being discussed at the Council of Ministers. We warned that such legislation should not be adopted outside of a strategic plan for the utilization of Lebanon's remaining foreign currency reserves.
