Executive Magazine: “Lebanon’s 2020 budget fails to address the financial crisis”

Kulluna Irada’s economist, Mohammad Akkaoui, wrote an analysis of Lebanon’s 2020 budget in an op-ed for Executive, a Lebanese economic, financial and business magazine.
"The 2020 budget was a missed opportunity to signal to citizens, donors, and the market that the government had decided to face the elephant in the room", he said.
