In parallel with its released statement on the payment of the March 2020 debt maturity, Kulluna Irada produced a short video to push for the need to proceed immediately to an orderly default, based on negotiating a debt restructuring plan which should be part of a credible, fair and comprehensive macroeconomic-fiscal-financial-banking plan.
